PEANUT BUTTER!!
I got a care package from my mom today and had my first encounter in 3 weeks with peanut butter! It doesn't sound like a long time, but it seemed like forever haha. I immediately made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and even shared with a Swedish girl who lives in my building. She said she doesn't usually like peanut butter but really enjoyed both the peanut butter and the combo with jelly. JIF knows their stuff :) Thanks Mom!

Yeah- it made it!! Do not over indulge....it's been 3 weeks- take it slow! I love the updates to your blog....and the picture of you enjoying your peanut butter sandwich makes me laugh lots...I miss you lots...thanks for calling on the weekends, I need a Lindsey fix at least weekly...or more! I have another care package coming soon...Jordyn is putting her last minute touches on it...and she's missing you lots too. She hugs her little UofM bear everynight for you...and we're keeping up on the chain of paper rings it's our nightly ritual after reading. And fun note: Jordyn sold 117 boxes of girl scout cookies!! Lindsey! I absolutely love the blog and I am soo happy that your peanut butter got there. I just gave up chocolate for Lent and peanut butter will be the only thing that gets me through. :) Hope things are going well and the pictures are awesome! Love you lots! Big hug!

Good old American food is always the best. That sandwhich you had a few weeks ago looks interesting. I'm glad you are having a good time. Let me know if you have a craving for any other US goods and a package will be sent!

I know you dont know me...but I found your blog through a friend. I am from Texas, and moving to Denmark in June because I married a Danish man this winter... and on each trip that I take over there, I bring a 4lb jar of JIF! So when I saw your post, I had to laugh! I tried the Danish PB and it is AWFUL!! How long have you been in DK?

Stock up as much as you can haha! I didn't even venture to try the little selection of peanut butter I found here...it just didn't seem worth it. I've been in Denmark for the past 3 weeks and will be here until about mid-May studying abroad. Thanks for the post, I always enjoy good PB talk :) Too bad I'll be just missing you before you move here! Congratulations and good luck with everything!
